Spacious apartment near the centre of Zwolle, the train station and highways. Beautiful light and fully equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has underfloor heating. There is a fireplace and large doors to the garden. The large bed (1.80×2.20) is located above the walk-in closet. The owner prefers to rent the apartment, including two lovely cats, so that they do not have to move. The cats are very friendly, affectionate and clean and all costs will be covered. Rental period is from November to March, exact dates in consultation. This apartment is suitable for one person or a couple, no shared renting.
