What is included in the price?

The total price presented on your quotation includes the following: unlimited usage of the heating, water, electricity, WiFi. Usage of the property furniture, kitchen equipment, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, washing powder and cleaning materials. At arrival you will find a welcome base stack of coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, towels and the bedding sheets. During the stay Tenant is responsible of renewing the stock ( if wished) and to wash own beddings, towels.
The rental price does not include the cleaning of the room/studio/apartment, only general areas are maintained by the landlord (only in certain accommodations) . The price does, however, include the cleaning after the check-out. Please be noted that in case of extreme dirt condition of the property or replaced furniture an extra fee will be Invoiced ( based on extra time cost cleaning requires)
